Power consumption of this new budget everyday computing build.

CPU: Intel Pentium G3220 3.0GHz Dual-Core Processor
Motherboard: MSI H81M-P33 Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Memory: Kingston Fury Black Series 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 500GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Case: Cooler Master Elite 430 ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: SeaSonic 400W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply

1.How much power will the total system use (including inneficencies of power supply, i want to know the wattage of the total system like a normal kitchen appliance would state)
a) At full load?
b) At idle?
2.Will my build be enough for watching movies, youtube, internet browsing and general everyday computing?

cpu tdp(53w) then add some few watts from other stuff, 10% off psu about 60watt full load entire pc. idle maybe 15w.
good for everyday light use.
