IMO
MSI, XFX, Gigabyte, Asus, Saphire.
All are top quality cards, and all you need to do is look for the best deal.
Zotac, and Power Color are always the cheapest, but with electronics today, they are decent cards also.
I don't know why Power Color never took off, it is as old a Asus.
I just ordered an XFX R9 270.
The dual fan XFXs are the only cards with a lifetime warranty on parts and labor.

For a little more money, I would consider the GTX 760. It has probably the best all around performance /value.
