CPU:AMD FX-8320 @3.5 GHz
GPU: Sapphire HD 7770 / Zotac gtx 650ti/Zotac gtx 750 ti ( any that is fully compatible)(I know 750 to is the best , but I am on a budget)
Ram: G.Skill RipjawsX DDR3 8 GB (1 x 8 GB) PC RAM (F3-12800CL10S-8GBXL)
HDD:Seagate barracuda 500 GB ST500DM002

If you are looking at 4.4-4.5GHz of overclock with FX 8320 then M5A97 will do just fine with standard airflow.

So,yes go for Asus M5A97 mobo and your build is fine.

750Ti is recommended with your build only if you have low-end PSU.
But with a good quality 450W PSU you can get R9 270 for almost same price but quite better performance.
