I'm having this problem for a few days now but i still can't figure what's going on.

So apparently every time i boot my pc, my bio's would not appear but then i push Memok. the bios would reappear and that's how i can get back to windows, i've spend alot of time trying to solve this problem but i'm still completely stumped, the problem still persist.

My pc:
Cpu: Intel i5 4670K
Mobo: Asus Z87-Pro
Gpu: Asus Gtx 760 oc
Ram: Kingston 8gb 1X8 (1600MHz)

My pc is 5 months old, completely custom built.

Here's a Story
I've built my pc 5 months ago and its was running great, No problems at all and everything working (didn't overclock anything) until a couple day's ago, My pc suddenly became very low. It took longer to open up Microsoft word, longer response time and such, i had check the system and no viruses or anything. So i decided to restart my computer, but when i did that my pc loaded but it seems like it cannot boot window's 7 properly, like it doesn't seem to identify my Hard drive and set me back to the Bios.

So after a while trying to get any response from the hard drive, i have decided to reset the bios to default.... Which i made it worst because when the computer restarted automatically, it won't load the Bios. So after a while trying to resolve this problem is that Pusing the Memok button on the Mobo made the Bios appear and strangely, windows 7 also loaded properly . But things like Microsoft word and my games took a lot longer time to load.

So now, i can only start the pc by using Memok button (There weren't any Led lights appearing on the mobo), i did reseat the Ram a few times, i've also took apart the gpu, connecters and such and fit them back in one by one, but still no luck. However long ago, i did use my old Ram along with my New ones, (3x4 12 gb Kingston Hyper x Genesis) which they are currently sitting inside my drawers, i don't think my old ram played a role in this, but i will just say this incase
(English isn't my first language, apologies if there is any errors)

So how can i resolve this problem?

and i would also like to know that why would my pc cannot identify my hard drive then it loads earlier?

Solution
have you set the timing settings for your memory after your reset the BIOS?

also run a memory test on each of your memory sticks one at a time.

check the hard drive for errors.

Ehh, I'm pretty sure it automatically timing settings set the Bios. In other words, i can't find anything in the Bios where you can set the Memory

And what programs do i need to test my RAM?

Thanks, For some reason my computer can be booted without the Memok button now, however i still have a new problem where my computer cannot find my HHD, My system cannot find the HHD then it set me back to the BIOS. The Boot Device LED is lit and i have the latest Bios Version (1802) i have also reset the CMOS and switch multiple SATA cables but the problem still persist. What can i do to fix this problem?

It is connected in the Intel port and i don't really have a clue how to disable ASmedia SATA ports, but i have tried connecting my old hhd and it worked perfectly could it be my new hhd being faulty?
