Asus GeForce GTX 750Ti 2GB
1 TB WD RE 7200 RPM

No. Even the most high-end GPUs struggle to play Crysis 3 maxed out @ 1080p.

I wouldn't consider any online game running @ 30fps 'playable' since the random fps drops will make you die in multiplayer a lot.

FC3 is OK, but the rest are a bit laggy. Check the benchmarks in my previous answer.

Pretty much yeah. Make sure you turn off AA, it takes a lot of horsepower and doesn't improve the quality that much.
