I bought my laptop 3 month ago with windows 8 installed. After 1 week I updated to windows 8.1 but now I want to make a windows reset but I can't
Unable to reset your PC. A required drive partition is missing
this is the message that shows when i try to do the reset.

I also Create a Recovery USB Flash Drive but it still doesn't work.

I will appreciate your help.

There have been a few reports of the W8 to W8.1 upgrade destroying the Recovery Partition that is required to restore the Laptop to Factory settings or perform a Reset.

Ideally you should have created a Recovery Drive before upgrading, but, like many others, you're stuck with no means of creating one. The only recourse is to contact your laptop Manufacturer and ordering Recovery disks/drive.
If your Windows is still running you can create a System Image Backup on a USB drive.
