Does a DDR3 mother support a DDR5 graphics card

will this http://www.ebuyer.com/584414-sapphire-r9-270-2gb-gddr5-... work with DDR3 motherboard ? since I'm going to build my pc, but I'm not sure :(  Please Help! I'm Stuck :)

Gddr5 ddr3 don't mean
Suport on your pci e version
for example nvidea gtx graphic 750ti
is gddr 5 but it requried PCIE Express 3.0 *16
Your motherbord whats version depend on your motherbord whats

motherboard don't really has connection with graphic card................the graphic card depends on the psu.................and also make sure that the gpu u r buying fit in your case...........the r9 gpu the min should be 500w............now it depends upon u.....
