Will i7 processor fit on this motherboard?

Hello, I want to upgrade my processor and graphics card without changing my power supply. Can I upgrade to an i7 with my current motherboard? And what graphics card can i upgrade to that will work on 500w power supply? Money is not an issue, and thank you in advance.

Here are my specs:

Yes, but you'll need to stick with a 2600, 2700, or 3770, but it'll work just fine :)

And for a 500w power supply, a 270/270x or GTX 760 would be a good upgrade. Wouldn't go much more than that though.

Yes, you can install both a 2nd and 3rd generation i7. I'd get the i7-3770 (notice it does NOT have a "k" at the end), and not the "K" edition, as your motherboard does not support overclocking the CPU; thus saving you money. However before installing an Ivy Bridge (3rd generation) CPU, update your motherboard's BIOS; then install the Ivy Bridge CPU.

As for graphics cards, you should be able to take almost any. The GTX 770 and 780 are recommend to be installed with at least a 600W PSU (according to Nvidia), however the GTX 760 is recommended a 600W PSU; so you could go with the 760, which would be a major upgrade over your current GPU.
