Razer Naga Epic, clicks but won't move.

I've had the razer naga epic for almost 6 months now and I've never experienced any problems with it until today. I switched my pc on, and, whilst the buttons (left click, right click and macros) work, the cursor will not move. I've been looking around and found loads of threads with similar issues on a variety of razer mice, but not a single one has been solved.

I have tried just about everything suggested and am currently waiting for razer support to get back to me, but it's currently quite inconvenient.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Personally I feel razer has been falling off for awhile quality and support-wise. I read a fair amount of problems can stem from synapse 2.0.

Any updates you've done? Have you tried rolling back drivers etc? Hard to give you solutions to a guy who's tried "everything". :)

How does it work in other computers? the same?
