coolermaster seidon 120v only spins at 2400rpm ?

well i know it only cheap but it cools my slighty oc'd fx6300 a lot better than stock but ive noticed the cpu fan only wants to spin at 2400rpm surely thats not right? shouldnt it work more efiiciantly a bit slower ?

If it is a PWM fan plugged into the motherboard, make sure your BIOS is set to use PWM. This may be labeled 'smart fan control' or similar. But it allows a PWM fan to ramp up speed as temperature rises.

Alternatively, check to see if you need to download software from Cooler Master to control the fans on the Seidon.

well it should already be on pwm because that was controlling the stock heatsinck fan ? and also i cant get into my bios so that isnt an otion unfortunatly by good thought about software ill check it out
