Hi Guys,
I'll be in the US for a week and was going to purchase a R9 280X to save $70 on the european price.
However I have heard that some of these cards have issues with artifacting.
If my card has an issue - do I have to send back to the store where I bought it - or can i just send direct to the manufacturer in Europe?
