I have a 4.4GHz OC on my 4670K (at 1.140v) that has been stable through stress testing and gaming for a couple of weeks now. One slight problem though - as far as I can tell, the CPU is running at 4.4 GHz constantly. By my understanding, this means that speed step is disabled. But I can't turn on speed step without also enabling turbo boost, which I've been lead to believe should be disabled for Oc'ing. Here are screenshots of the OC section of my BIOS:
So the question is, is it a problem to have it running at 4.4 GHz all the time? Temps certainly aren't an issue, but I don't want to risk unduly shortening the life of my CPU. I would appreciate any help/advice you guys can give me.
