As long as they have same Vram amount, then yes. 2GB+2GB SLI, or 4GB+4GB SLI.

2GB+4GB will work too, but only 2GB will be utilized.

EDIT: See the discussion below this post.

I don't know I've read that you need same vram amount for current gen. cards.

Well different amounts have worked for the previous generations...

Do you have a link? I'd like to read about that to make sure I'm not giving people incorrect advice.

here you go

https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/469402/sli/faq...

"- All GPUs must have the same amount of VRAM and an identical Bus Width
-- You cannot use a "256MB" version with a "512MB" version or "1GB" version with a "2GB" version in SLI or a 1GB 192 bit bus with a 1GB 256 bit bus Etc.
Note: It used to be possible to enable SLI on cards with differing VRAM (EG 8800GTS 640 and 320) via the "coolbits" mod. However, this mod will not work with newer cards or newer drivers.

Its better safer to just stick to same Vram amount when SLI'ing 2 or 3 cards.
