Solution
If you get gtx 750 Ti then you won't have to upgrade your PSU. 750 Ti takes power from PCIe slot from motherboard itself and doesn't requires any additional 6pin PCIe cable.

8GB RAM will be enough

You also need to upgrade your RAM to at least 8 GB if you want to be able to play everything with any speed and 16 GB if you are at all interested in future gaming

I'm also looking for food that tastes like donuts with the nutritional content of broccoli.

If you're trying to run upcoming games in 2014 all in ultra, you would need significant upgrades to your build. You can get a 750ti in the Rs. 11K-12K range and that will provide a significant improvement to your gameplay, but it's not going to play everything in ultra.

Here's what you looking for
ZOTAC NVIDIA GTX 750TI 2 GB DDR5 @10780
http://www.flipkart.com/zotac-nvidia-gtx-750ti-2-gb-ddr5-graphics-card/p/itmdtth6ymguyapq

A little over budget but worth every penny especially with a low-end PSU (I'm assuming that your PC has a low-end PSU).

But if you have a good quality 450W PSU then you can consider Sapphire R7 260x 2GB DDR5 @10300
http://www.flipkart.com/sapphire-amd-ati-radeon-r7-260-x-2-gb-ddr5-graphics-card/p/itmdr9mdgjg2ph6c

Since both of them have almost similar performance with 750 Ti being a bit faster so 400 INR difference btw them is truly justified.
Gaming @ 1080p with ultra settings seems impossible even with 750 Ti with your build. But at medium settings or lower resolution it might be playable

Edit: Your PC has a Zebronics PSU(low-end unit). So forget about the 260x, get the 750 Ti .

This is the cheapest PSU i can recommend.
Corsair SMPS CX430 Rs. 2938

That's a Zebronics PSU.

Tier 5 power supplies are NOT RECOMMENDED. If you have one, you should strongly consider replacing it ASAP. These can damage your computer, and often cannot put out the power that they're rated for.

Get the 750ti's that have the 1-6pin power, it's worth it they perform the best because they jump up to 95w with OC. You can easily turn 2 4pin molex pins into 1 6pin, it is more than enough power and will be worth it/the last GPU you should get with your i3...

Sorry about that! Do you have a 6pin power on your power supply? If so it would be worth it to get the 750ti that uses it, NVidia says you don't need additional power (6pin from power supply) outside of the PCI-Express slot but I have read several reviews that show that the 750ti's that use the extra 6pin power (from your power supply) benchmark a bit faster. You can check by looking into your case and see what power cables are available.

The 4pin Molex power cables are on older computers and were used to power things like older cd/dvd-roms. I found that a lot of older power supplies have unused 4pin molex wires which with an inexpensive adapter you can safely make two unused 4pin molex into 1 6pin power (to power the better 750ti). All you have to do is count the number of holes on the extra power cables you have in your case.
