High ram usage

Its using the things that used before the thing that drains my ram is svchost.exe on first plays second mbam.exe*32

Its not happening now i dont have big ram usage but the history shows up to 5gb
possible win 7 bug?

I'm confused how much was mbam and svhost using? You said the most, but that is a relative term. The history might show up to 5GB, but that doesn't tell me what program was using it.
I have nothing running but a few things that were in my autostart, steam, origin and firefox and right now I'm using 2,6 GB. It really depends on what else you have got on there and what is using all that RAM. I can't tell you anything without details.

Well idk tho my system started slower than before then i was on skype with my friend and idk why i started task manager and it was 5gb and above then i resed the pc and it was normal its strange but the sun was onto my pc case can that cause the problem?

Heat has nothing to do with your RAM usage. As long as you can't tell me which programs are using all the RAM when it happens, I can't help you. If it isn't happening again, then I guess you don't need to bother anyway.
