Printer won't print from certain tray

Sorry ahead of time if this is the wrong thread. Today I replaced a computer for one of the ladies that work in the office. Her job was to print checks and receipts for people. She was able to print a check from tray 2 of her printer and the receipt from tray 3. After I replaced the computer I am unable to get the printer to print from tray 2 where the checks are. It wants to print everything from tray 3.

Anyone have a clue how to make it print from tray 2 for the checks and tray 3 for anything else? The printer is a HP Laserjet 4250DTN. The operating system on the computer is Windows 7.

Thanks,

Jacob G.

For that second link:
Google search for "22336358 hp" (without quotes)
Probably the first non-ad link will be the right one, with several answers

ExpertsExchange is pretty user UNfriendly....:(
