Weird problems pls help :(

So with my bad luck before 3 hours my pc ram usage was 5 out of 8 without any programs exsept skype and u torrent so i decied to restart it before 10 mins and the pc started very slow it started hard lag and when it came to desktop i coudnt do anything it aways start fast without problem now its loading 1 min in desktop and it pops windows explorer has stopped working and am maaaaaaaad cause i wanted this stuipid piece of metal to get all new games on 60 fps and more so i was getting those days new gtx 770 pny gpu and new psu... why is this happening to me...... current specs i5 3350p gt 640 1 tb hdd win 7 professional any help will be appreciated!!!

You probably have many startup programs. Type into the start menu 'msconfig' and press enter. Under the startup menu, a list of startub programs are there. Uncheck the ones you don't need to start up when the computer boots (or uncheck all if you like) and then do a system reboot

Download Malwarebytes, install it, run it, and see what it finds.

Did you or have you checked processes to see what was using so much memory?
One suggestion to help find the error is to Click on Start> Right click on Computer> Click on Manage> Under System Tools click on Event Viewer> then look at Event type and find errors.

I deleted wolfenstein new order from u torent it wasn't even installed though then i restrated the pc now it look ok it still have one two probs.

Click the plus beside Error and look in the list for anything related to Windows Explorer. Do you see anything? If you see any error messages related to Windows Explorer you can double click on the message for a more detailed explanation.
