Need to choose a new motherboard

Hi,

I want to upgrade my gaming rig and I can decided if this is a good upgrade and what motherboard to choose.

Here what I got:

Gigabyte GA-Z77M-D3H (Got some instability with this board since day one never got any problem with AMD)
Intel Core-i3 2120
2x Saphire radeon HD 7770 ghz ed.

I want to go with a AMD FX 6300 to replace the core i3. Here is my dilemma...

Should I go with ga-990fxa-ud3 for the better crossfire support or GA-970A-D3P for the best price?

Will a see a big deference?

The GA-990FXA-UD3 (out of the two choices). Or I would suggest the ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0 - but then I have had solid experience with them. You may have had the same with Gigabyte.

As for impact - there are chipset differences. Truely noticable impact - likely not.
