I thought I had motherboard problems. Gigabyte says, "no". (I'm new here)

First, I'll start with an apology if I have put this in the wrong place. I'm not familiar with the site yet.

I recently purchased and built my first PC. I loved every second of it until I turned it on and realized that I was going to be dealing with problems.

* I have seen the BSOD many times

* The computer will not restart. When a software update requires an update, I can't do it. When drivers are installed, I can't restart to finalize the installation. I noticed that I had over 100 important windows updates that needed to be installed, yet every time I clicked on restart, it went to a black screen and did nothing else. The fans didn't stop, the lights didn't go off, the screen just went black.

* Occasionally, my mouse and keyboard stopped working.

I sent my motherboard to Gigabyte to do an exchange. When talking to them on the phone they said something along the lines of, "no problem, we'll get you a new one". Well, after they received the motherboard, I waited a little over two weeks to finally be told by them that nothing is wrong with the motherboard and they were sending me back my original.

They have told me that it could be my RAM, it could be my graphics card and it could be my power supply. I really have no idea what to do next if I get this motherboard back and it continues to do the same thing. I mean, I'm assuming it will.

Here is my list of parts

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I'm new to all of this and really could use some help. Let me know any important information I've left out that may be of use.

Thanks in advance.

I went to the Gigabyte website for your motherboard and downloaded the Memory Support List for that motherboard. I cannot find your memory listed as being compatible, it's not on the list. I've had problems before with memory not working with motherboards, specifically Gigabyte boards since that's what I usually buy, so I only buy memory that's listed on their motherboard Memory Support List.

That could be your problem, incompatible memory. That's why building your first computer sucks, because you usually don't have other machines around that you can swap components with to troubleshoot. Could be bad ram, easy to check by moving sticks around, or testing with memtest86.

Could be bad video card, would need to swap out card (or test in another computer) to find out.

As far as PSU it is doubtfull under the conditions listed, if it crashed when gaming sure, but having issues rebooting is highly unickly.

You could also have an infection or a corrupt windows install.

That could be your problem, incompatible memory. That's why building your first computer sucks, because you usually don't have other machines around that you can swap components with to troubleshoot. I have multiple desktops at home so I can usually swap RAM or hard drives if necessary, although motherboards and processors are a different story, since each machine is at a different processor/motherboard generation.

But I would highly suspect memory incompatibility or bad RAM, as I've rarely had bad motherboards and never a bad processor, and I've probably built 80 computers over the past 18 years.

EDIT: Here's your memory support list:
