hello everyone, I am having issues with my i5 4670k, i just bought it, and I overclocked it to 4.0ghz from its 3.4 stock speeds, now as you can see in this image the cpu is running at 4ghz but every software i install shows the cpu as 3.4ghz
i am asking this since i come from an amd fx 6300 and whenever i used to adjust the clock ratio it also showed in all cpu meter, windows task manager, etc.
any ideas why is this happening? or is this normal in intel cpus?
