Solution
I do not know the steps in your BIOS off the top of my head to disable the port. I also do not know that it will fix your problem; it may not, but if there is any kind of conflict among the different drivers, it might. Since you have disabled it in Windows, there shouldn't be a device driver loading for it.

This Ethernet card installs Alone when i install Xp and win 7

Realtek RTL8139 Family PCI Fast Ethernet NIC#2 the card is old 2002 and it installs alone i try google for updates but nothing... and the motherboard port does not work Via Compatable Fast Ethernet Adapter is not working i put the cable on motherboard i try all nothing i found updates again nothing

so you mean i need updates for Realtek RTL8139 Family PCI Fast Ethernet NIC#2 ? but i found nothing and it installs alone Srry for my bad eng And i changed the cable too at my phone are 600kbps and laptop ... something is bad with motherboard or ethernetcard or maybe drivers but it installs alone

From your last message, I'm assuming you have two ethernet ports, one on your motherboard, and one on a card? That should not cause a problem, but just in case, you might either remove the card and just use the motherboard's port, or disable the motherboard's port in your BIOS and just use the card.
