For most things, why not?

I am very very curious about that PSU you chose. Unable to find it on google or anywhere. Aerocool is not such a well-known brand. Maybe rethink that one and find yourself a big brand and a 600-650W model (which is more than enough in your case, I suggest with 80+gold certification)?

If you take a smaller model, it will probably have better efficiency for the same price. It will certainly be MUCH more efficient when computer is idling (a computer with a 850+W psu that will run idling on approx 80-100W will loose more energy inside the psu than anywhere else).

Areocool is actually Frozencpu.com 's brand. Good stuff for not too high prices.

Id say 859watts is too much. I would go for Corsair or Antec about 600watts PSU. Everything else is great.
