Stable overclocks for 6300 vishera and GTX 760?

I have a FX AMD Vishera 6300 currently running at 4.1 Ghz with its turbo boost and just recently got a evga Geforce GTX 760 SC. And was wondering if anyone has good stable clocks from the two? I would really just like to get some extra performance out the two. Also whats a good on screen overlay for gpu/cpu temps/usage?

For your CPU, it's going to depend on your motherboard and your cooler, with 5GHz on air is a doable goal for that CPU. 1200MHz is a good goal for your GPU core.

I typically use MSI Afterburner for its on screen display and configure it to show CPU core usage as well as GPU temperature and usage.
