Computer wont start, not sure whats broken.

Computer shut down when it was hot, kept restarting and then spark/movement from CPU heatsink fan. No light on motherboard not sure what's broken.

Check for any internal physical damages such as burnt marks, scratches, etc. etc. in and around the cpu area. Also inspect the motherboard, ram, and psu. Any signs of damage pretty much means its dead.
