Can't uninstall amd gpu drivers - Help!

Thanks guys, it worked. I have installed my new drivers. However, when I try and play Wolfensetin New Order, I get this stupid fatal error message when I try to start it. I will post it below. I have done everything; reinstalled, updated drivers correctly, run in windows 7 compatibility mode, run as admin...I have windows 8 by the way. The error is as follows:

Oh and I am pretty sure I did NOT update my graphics drivers. I am trying to upgrade to 14.4 and look at my dxdiag, it says like 8.97 or something! I have tried EVERYTHING to update them, I deleted amd files in regedit, in C:/users, in c:/program files, I have used device manager to uninstall and the catalyst uninstall, then rebooted and still it doesn't update when I install the new drivers.

Also, interetsting development. I tried to download and install a windows update, and the update was for AMD and came out last night! BUT it wont download it gives me an error!! Code 80080008

I also get error code 80070005 when I tried a fix in the cmd prompt involving the wups2.dll

ram issue? maybe I have it overclocked? If I overclock my cpu will that prevent update? Also, if I overclock my gpu could that prevent the update as well?

And what about those windows errors when I try to update...

I dunno I have it overclocked though in order to make my cpu overclock work. It is some kind of ddr5 ram, i have 8gb of it. Let me take a screenshot and link
