You best bet is to run a ethernet cable between the 2 and put in a AP...You can use almost any router as a AP there is a sticky on this forum.

Now if you mean you want to move the router between the buildings that would likely work if they are connected to the same phone lines. You just can't put 2 dsl routers on the phone line at the same time.
