how to reduce my ram usage

From a cold start my computers total ram usage is always over 70%.This behaviour began after i left it running for 3 hours in sleep mode. I live in a tropical climate and suspect the cause is due to poor cooling but please can someone suggest a way to fix this >.<

Update: after looking into it my computer is not registering my cpu or processor
i cant even reset my computer >.<

What app/programs are running? Try hard restarting the pc I've had this problem (BF4 Memory Leak), I fix this by restarting my pc and do the same when it happens again. How much RAM you have?

CPU and processor are the same thing. Are you saying the computer does not turn on? How do you know the CPU is not being seen? Beep codes?
