Brand is Raidmax and this is the case with the fans:

The GTX 780 will fit. About the cables, just try to tie them neatly and tuck them anywhere but below the GPU. I would suggest use zip-ties to tie them the cables together and just let it hang on the right side of the motherboard (make sure it's not covering any fans).

Ok but are you sure a 600W power supply is enough? This is what I have at the moment:

Power Supply : 500 Watt With Power Cable Supplied
Motherboard : Gigabyte F2A55M-HD2
CPU : AMD FM2 A8 6600K APU Quad Core CPU 3.9Ghz (turbo 4.2Ghz) Black Edition
Hard Drive : 1tb Sata Hard Drive
Memory : 16gb DDR3 1600mhz Memory
Graphics Card : ATI 8570D (onboard shared memory) VGA or DVI output only
Optical Drive : 24x Dual Layer DVD Writer
Connections : 4 x USB 2.0 Rear / 2 x USB 2.0 Front/Side / LAN / Sound / HDMI / VGA / DVI
Software : Drivers Only ( see shop for o/s options)

Plus the GTX 780 card that I will be getting

Are you keeping the ATI 8570D in your system? If not then 600W PSU is enoough. A single GPU PC will not need more than 600W, even if you're overclocking.
