I am currently trying to get Intel quick sync to work on my i7-4770k in my system so I can stream gameplay at good quality with less resource usage.

I have tried uninstalling drivers, installing drivers from several sources (Intel site and my motherboard's site). I have tried changing the memory allocation in the motherboard. I continue to get the same error.

"This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use. (Code 12)
If you want to use this device, you will need to disable one of the other devices on this system."

CPU: Intel Core i7-4770K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i 77.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler
Motherboard: MSI Z87-GD65 Gaming ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Memory: Transcend JetRam 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1333 Memory

NOTE: My GTX 670 recently died, however this issue happened even with that GPU opposed to the temporary spare Raedon HD 6670 I'm using while I wait for a new GPU to arrive.

How much memory is allocated to the onboard video? Worth a look. I cant think of any other resources it would need.

I tried 128MB and 256MB. (128MB being the lowest option if I remember correctly) with the correlating dynamic memory.

That doest sound very high, try the highest setting. Its half a gig probably. I would guess it would need at least that if not more. at 1080p I would guess at least 1 gig.
