my Ram support 1600 but in system and bios show that work on1400

hello guys , i build new pc and my problem is Ram speed is 1600 but in bios and system show its operating at 1400

here my pc
gigabyte-h81m-s2pv
Intel Pentium haswell g3220
ks 4g ram khx1600c9d3b1/4g
hdd western digital 1 Tera

any help plz?/

can u tell me more details .... cant find what u say in my BIOS :\
is there pic's it will be great , thx anyway

UPDATE: i log into classic mode/view and i follow what u say and works fine .... thx
