Z97 Board $100-$200

Can someone suggest a Z97 Mobo capatible with this for at most $200

Preferences:
USB 3.0
Atleast 2 sata 3 slots, (adding 2 780 TIs once I have saved up)
If possible, Red color scheme, though not that important
4 RAM slots
Lots of fan headers and OC features(putting in a H100i or similar)

The MARK2 version of the Sabertooth is without the Armor package which is fine. I just bought the Z87 Gryphon (without armor) after a lot of research.

I love the ASUS "TUF" motherboards because of the high quality parts and five-year Warranty (make sure to Register when installing the CD software).

(If the ARMOR version of the Sabertooth was $20 more I'd say get it but it's currently a $70 premium so even with the backplate which dissipates a small amount of the CPU VRM heat it's pretty hard to recommend.)

So my recommendation is the Z97 Sabertooth Mark 2. More info:
