Corsair CX430 Voltage is 8.512 Volts on the 12 volt rail

I will swap out the cx430 for the xfx ts 550 to confirm.
I am too lazy to install the XFX TS 550 into the system right now to double check everything. I will update this later after I swap it out for the XFX TS 550.
I got paranoid after everyone said to get non-cx corsair and then everyone said that only $160+ corsair units are made by Seasonic aside from
GS series (GS600 / GS800)
HX / HX v2 series
RM 450 / 550 / 650w models (Made by Channel Well Technology)
TX / TXM series
however they are phasing out the TX series.
Guess I am finally learning to be paranoid about power supplies but corsair got caught in the crosshairs necessarily or unnecessarily >.<

Corsair VS , CX , RM are all poor stay away .
The TX V2 , AX , AXi , HX , are all very good.
The TX V2 , AX , AXi , HX , are all very good.
