Intel sent the wrong CPU?

I ordered a 4th gen core i-5 4570 CPU from Amazon. The pic below is the box for it.

I also am using the ASUS B85M-G Motherboard, an LGA 1150 board.

Now, the issue is that I believe that my LGA 1150 chip has the arrow and the notches printed incorrectly on the CPU. The computer turns on and everything runs well, however the computer wont POST. I believe its because I was sent a defunct CPU. Here is an image of it. Notice how the notches don't line up where the arrow should be. According to diagrams and pictures of the i-5 4570 online, the arrow was at the bottom left while the notches on the top. Please let me know if this CPU is bad or not.

I'm not terribly familiar with the mechanical differences between the third and fourth generation Core i7 microprocessors. The model of the microprocessor is printed on the top of the metal heat spreader, but I can't see it in your third image because it's covered in thermal paste. What does it say?

Based on what I see in your picture, I think you just have to rotate the CPU 90 degrees counterclockwise.

If the box is right its a 4770k (Which the box is likely not trustworthy at this point)

your label spacing is wrong, GHz not GHZ, s-spec on one line not 2. serial# barcode should be longer

I am going with the following:
3rd party seller, stuck an old CPU in the box, put fake label on the box, nobody looked twice.

Return them and dispute the charges, onto of that make them pay for the motherboard too, which if correct me if I'm wrong is ruined?

In the first image it looks like the word "Product" is misspelled as "Produt". It doesn't look like it's folded over, but it is a bit blurry. If it's misspelled, it's definitely a fake label

Oh god, so I can catch the product numbers being wrong, but not the word product being misspelled.
That HAS to be a fake label at this point. Its nowhere near blurry enough to warrant a missing letter.

I didn't even notice the product code itself not matching. OP definitely got stuck with either a fake or a repacked old one.
