Im in the long and tedious process of choosing what parts i should get for my new computer, And i am planning on buying a 120Gb PNY SSD for Around $60 And i am also planning on getting a R9 270 TWIN FROZR For my GPU, But if i cut the SSD ill get $60 Which can be used to get a better GPU, So is it a good idea to cut the SSD, And if it is what GPU should i get? (R9 270 Is $170 so i will have around $230 to blow on a graphics card)

If you care about gaming performance over loading time and system snapiness, then yes. It's a goot trade off.

If you are using an Intel chipset that supports SRT, you could consider a very small SSD (60GB or less) and use that. I use it on my main gaming rig and it still has the snappy feel of a machine with an SSD, but is cheaper and you don't have to worry about space all the time.
