So my windows borked and tried a ton of things before simply using the built in startup repair.
Everything seemed fine except for a few things:
1. Usually now when I open a file explorer, windows explorer crashes and restarts. (annoying, but not my biggest issue)
2. My external hard drive with most of my stuff like music, steam games, pics/vids, etc. is acting very strange. It's like I don't have permission to write or something. At first I couldn't even listen to my music, but that seemed to fix itself. I can't launch steam or play any games installed on the hard drive, and I can't even download anything to it.
This never happened before.
