Finalizing my PC Build

Solution

Personally, I'd go an AMD CPU since they have great performance for low price.

The GPU, PSU, Case, Optical Drive, and OS are good. However, if you won't get the AMD CPU, I will warn you right now that your motherboard is bottlenecking your RAM. The motherboard you chose only supports up to 1600MHz but you chose 1866MHz RAM. So at least change your RAM to 1600MHz or change your motherboard.

If you're going to stick with your current build, I recommend changing the motherboard to this: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-motherboard-z87g45gaming

If you're going to change your RAM I recommend this: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gskill-memory-f31600c9d8gao

a 0.2-0.3ghz decrease may result in lower performance compare to a 4570, but nothing largely noticeable.

ditto with DDR3 1600 vs 1866; there's a performance decrease in some games but nothing worrisome.

avoid cooler master PSUs. most, but not all, are of poor quality and are not recommended; http://community.newegg.com/eggxpert/computer_hardware/f/135081/t/45344.aspx
