my hp won't boot from hard drive or dvd says a required device is inaccessible

Az soon as my hp leaves the bios menu options it goes tk a black scree and says unable to boot required device is inaccesable status code 0xc000000e what do i do im stumped i have even tried to put in my windows 7 disc still says the same thing

Did you change the boot order in the BIOS before putting in the Windows disc? If not, try setting the DVD as the first boot device.
The following is a couple of suggestions from Microsoft:

"Method 1:

Unplug all the external devices and try booting and check.

Method 2:

Check if you are able to boot in safe mode or not:

If yes, I suggest you to put the computer in clean boot state and check.

To help troubleshoot error messages and other issues, you can start Windows Vista by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This kind of startup is known as a "clean boot." A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

Note:

I cant boot in safe mode it wont even get to that point it wont let me press for system recovery as soon as it leaves bios it dont even check the drives it goes straight to the black scren never shows windows or anything I can bring up the boot menu it dont matter if I select my dvd drive or my hard drive it goes straight to the black screem
