Its really hard to make it cheaper without sacrificing performance [ if you want to use an intel processor ]
You can improve it by using RAM at the specified voltage , and a radeon R9 270 that performs better than the GTX 660

But the smart money is to use an AMD FX6300

Then its under $800 , with a better case , and it will game just as well

Hi, your build seems very interesting. I was wondering if this build will be able to stream on twitch at high quality without dropping fps and does the R9 270 need to be OC to be used at full performance ? Thanks

I have seen videos saying that the AMD multicore processors handle streaming very well . More cores = better , so an FX 8320 would be better again but cost more too .

But I have no actual experience streaming .
