I want to build my first gaming PC. My budget is around $600 and was wondering if someone could help my build the best PC for this budget. This of course is for the tower alone.

I will be using this PC primarily for gaming and programming (Visual Studio and Unreal Engine).

I want a PC like this . But I'm a student so I can get Windows 8.1 for free on dreamspark.
Any recommendation with that spare $100?
also ~~$600 budget , for as high end gaming as i can get and programming with the unreal engine / visual studio / eclipse
