Would this pc be able to run Thief on max settings

A 750 Ti would probably run medium settings, High at best. If you want max settings, I'd go with a GTX 760 or R9 280. They won't push 60 fps, but they get pretty damn close.

edit: My bad, I was generally speaking over most games. I personally don't know how Thief runs.

Good selection on the CPU.
Just my two cents, I'd try to get my hands on the GTX 760/R9 270. The GTX 750Ti is good. However, if you could spare a little more cash for a higher end card you will thank yourself on the longer run.

Sure will. You may have to move a hard-drive cage up or down to accommodate it though.
