280w psu attachments.

i want to ask that how much a 280w psu can handle like hdds dvd roms rams graphic card etc currently i have two hdds one laptops 250GB and other pc's 80GB one gt 610 two ddr2 sticks and pentium dual core 2.7ghz. is that fine?

Right now you're using in the ballpark of 170-220W. There isn't a lot of room for expansion on a 280W power supply. And if you were to spend money to get modern, energy efficient components you may as well upgrade the PSU too.
