4 gb ram not recognized

i have 1 gb ram on my mitherbooard g41c asrock
win 7 64 bit and get one hyper x 4 b and is not recognized
i have 400 watt
what can i do ??

Your motherboard does not support that high of a frequency, your ram stick is 1600 mhz and your motherboard only supports 1333(OC)/1066/800 non-ECC, un-buffered memory. Return it and get one with a maximum of 1333mhz frequency.
