My pc restart after change motherboard

Hi guys, i just upgraded motherboard ASUS M4N68T-MV2 to ASUS M5A990X EVO R2.0 , but then my pc keep restarting when it reach windows 7 logo. do i need to install back windows 7 ?

my cpu spec:
ASUS M5A990X EVO R2.0
RAM 12GB DDR3 13333
AMD PHENOM II X4
HDD 2TB
GPU 2GB SAPHIRE
WINDOWS 7
 
Solution
Well you need to find out why your PC is not booting from the CD drive.

As I said, make sure the boot setting in the BIOS was actually saved when you changed it (F10).
Check the CD drive cables are properly connected.
Try a different CD drive in case yours is faulty.
Are you pressing 'any key' when you see the message "Press any key to boot from CD" ?

If you don't see that message, your PC is not booting from the DVD for some unknown reason.
Go back in to BIOS Setup, make sure to set CD/DVD as the first boot device, then press F10 to save the setting.
