My friend has a amd atlon 64 3200+ and wants to be able to play battlefield 4. I have an extra graphics card at home (gtx 660 oc) and i was wondering if it would be possible to even play bf4 and in that case, would the gtx 660 be Bottlenecked?

I doubt Battlefield 4 will be playable. But it would open at least.

And yes, one hell of a bottleneck. Not that it matters because the CPU is not inherently good enough to run the game to a decent degree.
