im gonna buy soon a new system with 2TB HDD and 250GB SSD.
Now I wonder what would be best to install on the SSD and what would be best to install on the HDD. I'm a gamer so I might install games to run faster ? but then it's a bit problematic because I use steam to download all my games and steam stores them in one folder, so if I have to many games I wouldn't be able to download anymore unless I move the whole steam directory to the HDD, maybe I should just install their MMO games that I didn't download from steam ? I really don't know what the best thing would be to do, any suggestions ?

Solution
Windows on the SSD, for a start.
Install steam as per normal.
Once you open steam, go into settings, then downloads, and select steam library folders.
You can then create a steam folder on the HDD, in addition to the one already created on the SSD.
That way, when you go to install a game, choose which install location you want.
This way, you can choose to have games you want to have loading quickly on the SSD, and everything else on the HDD
