Will This CPU Be Good Enough To Run DayZ And Battlefield?

Here is the CPU: Intel Xeon 3.2ghz

I am wondering whether I will be able to run games like DayZ and Battlefield 4. If so, at what settings, also will I be able to record on it?

on low to possibly medium settings i think you will be able to just remember a graphics card of around 125 bucks can easily beat any cpu built in graphics

I don't have one yet. I got a server computer out of a bin and it had a really good CPU Fan with heat grease on it, so I'm asking if the CPU is worth using when I build my gaming computer. If you can give a tip for what GPU might work best with this CPU (If it is any good) and what framerate on what settings will I achieve.
