I want to buy and play WatchDogs and I want to know at what setting I can play it at whether it is Low ,Medium High ,Very High Or Ultra . My pc specs are as follows
OS : Windows 8.1 Pro 64bit
CPU : Intel Core i3 4130 3.4ghz
RAM : 8GB DDR3
GPU : MSI TwinFrozr Nvidia GeForce Gtx 760 2gb OC Edition
At what setting can I play this game keeping in mind the watchdogs recommend system requirements.
And if so what can I upgrade to make it run better for example a i5 or i7?

Solution
1) While they claim ULTRA can be done with a GTX760 and appropriate CPU I highly doubt they mean more than 30FPS, and I'm not completely sure they mean 1920x1080 either.

2) CPU: Yeah, this will likely be a bit of a bottleneck but don't rush out and upgrade it quite yet. Once the game is out we'll see more. You'll want to look specifically for a "watch dogs cpu scaling" benchmark that compares many different CPU's to a graphics card similar to yours.

The HYPERTHREADING in your CPU will help a bit for this game as they said mult-threading of the CPU was a high priority.

3) What CPU?
If it benefits, and you do upgrade I suggest the i5-4670K. While the i7-4770K probably will benefit this game (not most) there are a few issues:

a) How much of a benefit with YOUR card (not with a far better card)?
b) It's about $100 more.
c) Does your motherboard support OVERCLOCKING?
d) Will you need a better CPU cooler?

Assuming your motherboard is fine, it's $230 I think for an i5-4670K. Add at least $30 for another cooler, shipping, tax and we're over $300.

Considering the total cost, I'd get the Noctua NH-U12S cooler. I just bought one for the i5-4670K. Silent unless under heavy load.

Solution
Update: Looks like it will be VERY demanding of the CPU as it lists quad-core CPU's as the MINIMUM, however having said that the Q6600 they list gets just under 3000 for a Passmark score and your CPU gets 4831 due to its newer architecture and I believe higher frequency.

The i7-3770K though gets only a "Recommended" rating not Ultra and it's score is 9650 (basically DOUBLE yours since it's basically the same CPU with double the cores).

Wow, and here I thought my i7-3770K was complete overkill...
