If you do not plan to make an SLI with a second GPU, that PSU is too big. You will not need more than 650W even with overclock for your setup.
250GB is really large for a system drive as well, but why not? I mean you could save 30 pounds and have a 120-180GB model... but 250GB can be good for "futureproofness".

Otherwize seems OK to me: With that OC'd CPU with water cooler, you are on the heavy side for CPU power, so that might be more a built for CPU intensive games. If you plan really GPU intensive stuff, I would not take the water cooler, non OC CPU, and put those 100pounds in a 780ti or 290X (but without AMD reference cooler). BTW the 290X is back in acceptable price regions... Especially if you game triple FHD, I would try to go for 290X or 780ti...
