Do the images in this video look normal?

when you look at a map from in game you see everything that has textures on them. the walls, the road the sky, etc. before the textures are applied they use something called caulk. an untextured medium you build stuff with.......... I saw the pictures, I can answer that. when two caulk brushes are laid one on top of the other at the same level they flicker like that. Person who made that section missed that so now it's part of the game.

def.......A System shader designed to 'caulk' or seal a map. In-game, it is a transparent solid texture. It is best applied to all surfaces which a player will be unable to see while in-game.

but everything is made with caulk. only the side a player sees will have texture applied.......... the sky/the road/the wall, etc.
