Which is better configuration for low budget gaming ? Please help

The Athlon 760K is a bit slower on the CPU side than the 7850K, but they're really close. Too close for the difference to matter.

On the GPU side, the GDDR5 version of the R7 250X is much stronger than the iGPU on the 7850K.
If you're getting a DDR3 R7 250, then the second build will be stronger. If you're getting a GDDR5 R7 250, then the first build will be faster.

yea you are right because if I paired GDDR5 on iGPU GDDR3 it will still use GDDR3 so no impact on preformance, so i've decided to go with seperate so 760k + R7250X or slight better graphic depends on budget
